Wheat Freeze Damage Underscores Need for Farm Bill

It was wonderful last week to have our prayers answered with much-needed rainfall in Oklahoma. However, like many of my fellow wheat farmers, I am very concerned about recent freeze damage to the Oklahoma wheat crop.
